“Community Development” is a new term used by the National Reconstruction Bureau Pakistan, to create a new official set-up at the district level for bringing about prosperity in the life of a common citizen. The appointments against vacant posts are made in accordance with government policy. First of all vacant posts are advertised in newspapers.Applications are invited on simple paper. No prescribed form is introduced. After that merit list of candidates is prepared and then call letters to all shortlisted candidates are issued for interview on the fixed date and time. Notified Departmental Selection Committee then conduct interviews and appoint suitable candidates accordingly.
